Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d)
ECS – Emmeln Control Systems is a division of Metallbau Emmeln GmbH & Co. KG and develops solutions for point-of-sale, access and control systems. Our projects combine software, hardware and technical infrastructure into functional complete systems.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) who records customer requirements, develops suitable solutions and supports projects through to order clarification. You will work at the interface between sales, technology and project business – from the first enquiry through to handover into implementation.
Responsibilities
- Recording and clarifying customer requirements
- Preparing quotations and supporting calculations
- Developing technical solution concepts
- Conducting customer meetings and presentations
- Preparing tenders and specifications
- Coordinating with internal departments and project teams
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships
Qualifications
- Experience in technical sales or a comparable role
- Technical understanding of software, hardware and systems
- Structured and independent way of working
- Confident manner in customer contact
- Basic commercial understanding
- Experience with tenders or quotation processing
- Knowledge of ERP systems, e.g. SAGE
